Sorry for the delay. The upcoming version 1.0 of this plugin would be best to display menus on the front-end of your site, assuming that’s what you mean.
It’s currently in Alpha, and isn’t for production sites yet:

It can use your site’s existing templates, which enables commenting. But there can be issues if you have a lot of JavaScript, which AMP doesn’t allow.

There’s a way to add menus with the current version, 0.7.2, but it involves developing at least a simple child theme that adds 'amp' theme support.
