Does the issue resolve if you disable the new Slack enhancement in WordPress > SEO > General > Features > Enhanced Slack sharing?
I use rollback plugin to get back to Version 15.1.1 so I really don’t know. On Yoast Version 15.1.1 I do not have any problems.
I have the same problem after updating – all my posts and pages are not AMP compatible anymore. I have contacted your support and now realize that this is a general problem.
I have tried to de-activate Enhanced Slack sharing – and yes – this solve the problem.

@ivansoenderholm Thanks for confirming that the issue was resolved for you by disabling the ‘Enhanced Slack sharing’ feature in SEO>General>Features.
I also can confirm that problem is solved when disable Enhanced Slack sharing
