Amp related

I have 2 questions
1)At my website hompage it show [ redundant link removed ] but when I open remaining links except homepage it shows /index.php/post name and pls suggest how to remove index.php from links (hosting provider is Google cloud platform)
2) amp links are not enabled and it does not get indexed by Google pls give the tip to solve this issue
