Hello @nikhiltyagi15
Can you please send us your site health info using this form so we can investigate the issue further?
@nikhiltyagi15
Thank you for your patience, we tried to re-create your site setup, but we are unable to do a full test as we do not have the paid plugin you are using.
the following paid plugins:
1) Thrive Architect
2) Thrive Leads
3) Thrive Product Manager
4) Thrive Ultimatum
We will recommend self-testing using the Health and TroubelShooting plugin
To narrow down further, could you use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely since it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
– Please enable the AMP plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
– Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
– Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.
Hi @milindmore22
Thanks for the reply.
I deactivated all these paid plugins and activated a default theme (to create an environment that you can re-create.)
But the plugin didn’t work.
I tried to add PHP Error Log with these new settings in the google form but it is not submitting as it says “Your response is too large. Try shortening some answers.”
Hello @nikhiltyagi15
Please send part of PHP error logs where it says “Fatal Error” or has “Warning” no need to send the full error log.
You can alternatively send a full error log by uploading it to google drive, using gist.github.com, or such file-sharing services.
Hi @milindmore22
Thanks for the reply. I added the G drive link.
Hello @nikhiltyagi15
Thank you for the error log, I didn’t find any PHP fatal error that could lead to breaking site or AMP settings
I am not sure why the AMP plugin won’t work on your site, Sorry we can’t be more of assistance.
@nikhiltyagi15 As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you require any further assistance.
