If so unfortunately i don’t think the plugin can do anything to make it compatible, the plugin use the standard wordpress script loading mechanism so unless there is another plugin that transform the standard mechanism into an ‘amp’ loading mechanism it will just not work. There seems to be plugin that already does that though (like this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/amp/) but i am not familiar with it so i am not sure if it will work or not. Sorry.
