Hi – I’ve been looking at this and I’ve managed to replicate the issue on a test site. Can you let me know if you are using any caching plugins and/or Cloudflare?

Could you add the ability to specify the number of simultaneous publications? For example, you can specify 2 news items per minute or 5 news items every 2 minutes, etc.
I’d have to look into it, but I’d imagine using taxonomy might work. So lets say 2 posts that are in the “News” category every x mount of minutes?
I’ll add this as a feature request and look into it for the next version release.
