    Hello,

    Running AIO1.2.112, Upon submission, we are getting “An error occurred” message. The last time I know the form submission worked was July 18 @ 8:42 PDT. We are also receiving the same error for this page (https://mwfoa.com/feedback/). However, our other forms are performing as expected.

    Tried: Clearing site cache, All other WP plugins are up to date, but we didn’t update any WP plugins between the last known successful form submission to now…

    It looks like it has something to do with the image picker which is used on both forms. When one of the image picker options is selected, we get the error message. When we de-select it, the form submits as expected. We’ve interacted with the other forms fields, and everything works fine. We specifically tested this on the self-evaluation page.

    Hello!

    Sorry for that, yes there was an issue with the image picker. This is fixed in the release that was done a few seconds ago.

    Please update and try again.
