I tried doing a test submission and got an internal server error. This could either be related to a conflict on your site setup with other plugins or server configuration.
Could you please go to your Form settings > Behavior > Rendering and enable the option of “Load form using AJAX” and save the form again. Make sure all caching is cleared on your site as well.

Hi i have the same issue, i already try what you say but still not working.
I have a form which worked perfectly, but since 2 weeks it no longer works. Submitting the preview works, but submitting the real form on my website results in “An error occurred processing the form. Please try again”.
Changing “Ajax” to “Page Reload” solves this issue, but I’m wondering why before it worked with “Ajax” and now I need to change to “Page Reload” to make it work.
Is there any way to get more info on the “An error occurred processing the form.”, as I do not see anything specific in my logs ?
