An error occurred while attempting to export personal data

    Hm… With WS Form LITE active, the Export Personal Data on my site crashes at 75% as shown in this screencast: https://www.loom.com/share/b3cfc84c3abb44dd8b9f260dc09e2473 throwing this error:

    An error occurred while attempting to export personal data.
Internal Server Error

    With WS Form disabled, it runs fine.

    In the test, all other plugins were disabled.

    Is that something you are able to reproduce?

    I know you already support WordPress GDPR tool, so I’ve got no clue why it fail?

    Good to hear from you.

    We have identified the problem and the next version of WS Form has a fix included for this. We are hoping to push that live later today once we have finished testing.

    Great! No need to be sorry. It’s not that I’m swarmed with users requesting insights in the data stored about them 😉 But I’d prefer to be able to honour the request should it arise.

    I’ll be the first to verify the fix, once an update is available.

    Version 1.8.76 was just pushed that includes the fix for this.
