Hello. I have no idea how to deal with problem I see with this plugin next second after installation. I see an notification message as soon as plugin activated. The message looks like this:

—IP Location Block: The “Matching rule” is not set properly. Please confirm it at Validation rules and behavior.—

The moment I open setting page of your plugin I see a pop up

—An error occurred while executing the ajax command ip_location_block. (0) —

Any changes made in setting will not be saved no matter I do and. For example the settings could find my ip only, bit not country. When I click on “scan Country Code” the same pop up (which I described above) appears once again

The point is that yesterday I installed your plugin on another website with same theme (generatepress) and with same plugins with same settings. And it work well. Today I installed your plugin on the cloned version of yesterday’s website (cloning were done to another domain by Softaculus software in cPanel before I discovered your plugin)

Anyway. I deactivated all plugins except IP location Block. The problem remain. Pop up continue coming.

Please help to fix problem I encounter

    Hello,

Do you still have this problem?

If so, can you spot any errors in debug.log file?

To enable debug.log please follow this article .

    Thanks

Looking at the screenshots again – you don’t have the Matching rule selected.

    Closing this now.
