Hi,
Our site Turksem.com sitekit plugin constantly gives the following error.
“An error occurred while loading data”
Another error I encountered is;
“There are data errors in the Analytics module”
I would be glad if you help.

- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you see these on all Analytics, such as within your Key Metrics widgets, or only on some? If this occurs speciailly on particular widgets, please share the title or a description of this. Alternatively, you may wish to share a screenshot of these errors. You can use a service such as Imgur or Jumpshare to share a screenshot, while using the form above to share this privately.

Site health is good. I think I need to correct the errors here. Thanks for your help.
Appreciate you sharing your Site Health status @tatilpanosu. Unfortunately what you kindly shared is a screenshot of your Site Health status, and not your full Site Health information (Tools > Site Health > info > Copy site info to clipboard). This is what we require in order to determine more on the error you’re facing.
It would also be great to know if the error you’re facing is coming from one or more Key Metrics on your Site Kit dashboard, as I suspect they are. If so, this may be due to missing custom dimensions. You can solve this via the following:
- Click on the “Change metrics” option from your Site Kit dashboard
- Deselect the “Most popular products by pageviews” metric
- Click on the “Apply changes” button
- You will see on your Site Kit dashboard that this tile no longer exists. Click on the “Change metrics” link once more
- Select the “Most popular products by pageviews” metric once more. You will see a notice that your Analytics property will be updated.
- Click on the “Apply changes” button
- You may see the Data loading failed error once more, but please wait an hour as we cache responses.
- Wait some time before visiting your Site Kit dashboard once more, checking for the same error once more.

To resolve your issue, can you follow the steps below? I saw this in particular as I can see there is a
analytics_4_available_custom_dimensions: nonemention in your Site Health information, leading me to believe this is in fact a missing dimensions issue. Once you follow these steps, please share whether you see any further errors on the Site Kit dashboard.- Click on the “Change metrics” option from your Site Kit dashboard
- Deselect the current metrics you have selection and select “Top cities driving traffic”, “Returning visitors” and the “Most engaging pages” metric.
- Click on the “Apply changes” button
- You will see on your Site Kit dashboard that your tiles have changed. Click on the “Change metrics” link once more
- Select the previously selected metrics once more, or any metrics you wish. You may see a notice that your Analytics property will be updated.
- Click on the “Apply changes” button
- You may see the Data loading failed error once more, but please wait an hour as we cache responses.
- Wait some time before visiting your Site Kit dashboard once more, checking for the same error once more.
