An excellent solution for knowledge base

Overall this is an excellent implementation and is certainly great value given it is free yet provides a proper solution as a knowledge base. It is reasonably easy to setup though sometimes a bit of experimentation is required.

A few limitations:
– It is not clear how to add a company logo to the top of the knowledge base page.
– The Recent Articles dates are the date the article was created, the last edited date would be more useful.
– The requirement that the logo graphics be a circle is restrictive.
– Not all aspects appear editable though that may jsut be my lack of WP expertise.
