    This is actually set in the configuration. When you have cache active, the data is not being written to the database table, hence there’s no need to use the plugin.

    Ok, update to this – unless you’re running a WP installation before version 2.5, the config option is no longer valid. HOWEVER, you must have something that’s switching on caching for the error that you’re seeing to trigger. Normally this is done via a specific caching plugin.
