• Hi,
I have an image with a http url that needs to be changed to https.
I have a security certificate, and have updated my site settings from http to https

I checked my site at http://www.whynopadlock.com and received the following error message

An image with an insecure url of "http://www.indianclubs.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/002-How-to-Test-Indian-Clubs-before-you-buy-them-WIDGET.jpg" was loaded on line: 846 of
This URL will need to be updated to use a secure URL for your padlock to return.

I do not know how to correct this issue, can anyone offer any advise please
    Cheers
    Paul

  • The image is in the sidebar, and wrapped in divs with names like “popup-embedded-box-pro”. Are you using a plugin with that name, or similar? You’ll need to contact the author of that plugin for help.

Find which widget is using this image.
Maybe you can then edit the URL it is using, otherwise DELETE this widget, then add it back in again using the same image, most likely it will then use the new URL.
