An internal error occurred

    I have a similar problem. I’ve uploaded a 260 x 260 .gif and i get “An internal error occurred.” I have uploaded a .gif on another site I run and it worked fine. I’m using a different theme on this site however, Story by Pexeto. Please help!

    I have tried the plugin with other sites running the Story theme, it isn’t an issue. It’s something specific to this site. Please help!

    I tried another website on the same server. It didn’t work. I speculate it’s something specific to this particular server.

    I’m sorry you have issues with the service. Do you have the ability to look at your web server’s logs to get more information?

    After chatting with you (Scott) some time ago, it appears the plugin now works for some mysterious reasons. Not exactly how issues are supposed to be fixed but that’s life 😉
