    The product does not appear on the products page after publishing a new product. The cache has to be cleared and the browser has to be refreshed, then it appears after an hour. This is not acceptable to customers.

    Would you be able to suggest a permanent solution?

    Wait, are you using a Cache plugin? Or is your hosting provider using a server cache?

    Try to see if disabling the WP Rocket plugin solves the issue. Also if the plugin is needed explore some of the plugin settings and it may help you.
