I have the same error… Have you solved it?
^^^^^ I have the same issue! I can’t import any of the previous templates that I have used in the past (and have worked perfectly). I have a Envato Elements account but it keeps prompting me to download Elementor Pro or the templates won’t work properly – even if I’m using Free Kits and Free Blocks?
You don’t need an account for the free templates, do you?
Hello,
The 404 and 500 Internal Server Error could be these PHP settings:
– Max PHP Execution Time
– Max File Upload Size
– Max PHP Memory Limit
Could you please contact the hosting provider and ask them to increase these settings to try to resolve the 404 and 500 error messages?
Also try going to Settings > Permalinks and pressing “Save” a couple of times, that can sometimes resolve the 404 errors as well.
Thanks for your feedback and if the errors continue please reach out to our support email address so we can better debug and diagnose the issue.
Thanks,
Dave
@dtbaker I am having the same issue, my hosting updated to the max levels the settings you listed, but the problem persists. Any idea?
TO ENVATO TEAM. Its not a PHP settings I think. I have the same issue. Some themes work fine and others do not.
I think its best if you will look through and solve the problem
