    I registred since yesterday a Domain, Webspace and WordPress. Everything seemed to work fine. I changed wp-config-sample. Everyhting worked good. Now when I try to klick on Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Featured
    I get each time the same error:
    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    I tried to do everything like in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Jv47_VIBOQ
    Could you please tell me whats my mistake? Google is no help for me..

    Try checking your site’s error logs for messages. Your hosts should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.

    I cant find an option like “error logs” anywhere. What do you mean? 🙂

    All remotely hosted sites have error logs. Contact your hosts and ask for access to yours.

    my hoster “www.bplaced.net” says that there are no error-logs. The only thing I could do is take a look into the “error_reporting” file. But where can i find this?

    Your hosts should be able to tell you this.

    my host says there is no error-script. The only thing i can do is to upgrade to the pro version that i can a soccetconnection.

    Do i now have to upgrade or is there another option?
