An unknown error occurred

    The Facebook feed stopped working a couple of months ago. I only get a message “An unknown error occurred”. I already tried to clear the cache and to unlink and re-link my account. What else can I try?

    The error appears to originate from the Facebook API.

    I’ve the same error
    I’ve tried to clear cache, re-link the facebook account, delete and re-instal plugin, but the problem persist.
    I noticed something if I use the shortcode [efb_feed fanpage_id=”#” …] it doesn’t work, while if I use the shortchode [efb_likebox fanpage_url=”#”…] it works

    Hi @emilezzz,

    The plugin is updated please update the plugin then go to Easy Social Feed -> Facebook -> Clear Cache and delete all cache.
    ​
    After that go to Easy Social Feed -> Facebook/Instagram -> Authentication -> Approved Pages and click on the trash icon to delete the connection, then connect again.
