    Hello,
    I have setup everything as the directions have given me and authorized my domain and verified my cname records and everything. I am not getting any emails to work on my website. When I click the resend confirmation email the “An unknown error occurred.” message happens.
    Please help me!! My site is stuck if I cannot get the emails to work ASAP.

  • @whiteheart , hello, I have a similar problem. ‘Unknown error’ is what is shown in the front end but what do you see in the logging?
    What do you see when you go to MailPoet > Help > System status > Cron > Last seen error?

    The chron area both things say connection successful and the last seen error says none.

    “An unknown error occurred.”

    This error means the sending method you’re using is not working.

    I’ve checked your account and I see the MailPoet Sending Service is currently paused for your account, so I will follow up with you via email about this issue, okay?
