Yes, the Reporting and analysis addon isn’t showing pie charts for multiple questions. I am forwarding this issue to the development team and we will fix it very soon.

Tested again individual pie charts with new survey, and it still does not work!!
No solution from the development team? Why am I a paying subscriber to that functionality (that worked perfectly previously!) if it takes that long to resolve with no updates from your end?
Very disappointed in the current customer service. Most of us run a viable business and are dependent on your software that worked previously and is paying for a service.
PLEASE RESPOND with a possible solution date.

I just checked and the recent update of the reporting and analysis addon i.e. 1.3.7 is working perfectly fine with the QSM 7.0.2 version. Please update both the plugins and let me know if the problem is resolved or not.

I updated the plugin (which I was not notified of any update) and indeed it worked! YEAH !!!!
However:
When I now insert the shortcode from a
survey, the survey does not appear in my web page. But any current survey after update does.
Solution? Fix?
