Analytics – Importing Historical Data / Orders not working

    Hi everyone, tried multiple times to import existing orders to analytics dashboard on WooCommerce but it just loads forever and fails afterwards. WordPress and WooCommerce versions are up to date and just updates WooCommerce database as well. Installed WP Crontol Plugin, not sure how to proceed with it though.

    I know this is a pretty common issue and I have worked through other forum posts but the suggested solutions have not worked for me.

    Any help is highly appreciated.

    Hello,

    If I understand correctly, you are trying to import historical data in Analytics > Settings, but import fails. If so, could you provide the following so we can take a look?

    System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)

    Hi @sunnybs,

    Sorry for the delayed response here.

    Can you please deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce, change to the default Storefront theme, and try to import historical data again?

    Let us know if that works.

    Hi @rainfallnixfig,

    I have found the issue. Once I deactivated the “WooCommerce Zahlungen” plugin, I was able to import historical data. Fortunately, we do not rely on the plugin, so it was no problem removing it.
