Just to confirm, are you using the WooCommerce Subscriptions ( https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/ ) extension?
@derekakelly We will soon be releasing version 0.13.0. Once you have updated to that version could you
– Go to Analytics -> Settings
– Scroll to the Import Historical Data
– Run the import with All in the dropdown and Skip previously imported checked.
– Allow a bit of time for that to run in the background
Then let us know if the renewal orders were imported.
