Hi there,
Thank you for bringing this to out attention. We will happily assist you in fixing that issue.
If the WooCommerce Analytics page isn’t showing data even though you have existing orders, it’s usually related to the analytics data not being fully imported or synced yet.
By default, WooCommerce should automatically import and keep analytics data up to date. However, this process can sometimes be interrupted due to factors like server limitations, background processing issues, or disabled scheduled actions.
Since you’ve already tried importing the data manually, could you please confirm if the import completed successfully without any errors?
I’d also recommend checking the following:
- Go to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions and see if there are any pending or failed actions related to analytics (such as
wc-admin_import_orders).
- Make sure WP-Cron is working properly on your site, as WooCommerce relies on it to process analytics data in the background.
- Check under WooCommerce → Status → Logs for any recent errors that might explain why the automatic import didn’t run.
If possible, please share your System Status Report so we can take a closer look. You can use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ to share it.
Once we have that, we’ll be able to guide you more accurately.

Hi team,
I think the reason for the orders not being automaticly importated was due to WP-Cron being disabled. Dont know what caused that to be honest.
Im running the but its taking a very long time to complete and it stopped on its own.
here is a link to the sysmte status report – https://pastebin.com/8VQag64V

HI there!
Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the System Status Report.
I’ve checked it, and it looks like WP-Cron is now working properly again. However, I can see that there are 1,534 pending tasks, which would explain why the import is taking a long time and may have stopped midway.
Could you please try the following:
- Go to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions
- Look for tasks related to analytics, such as
wc-admin_import_orders
- If you find them, try running those actions manually and see if the import completes successfully
Also, I noticed that your WooCommerce version is not up to date. Please update WooCommerce to the latest version, as updates often include fixes for background processing and analytics.
In addition, your current theme has several outdated WooCommerce template files. Updating the theme (or those templates) is recommended, as outdated templates can sometimes cause unexpected issues.
Once you’ve done the above, please let us know if the analytics data starts appearing correctly.
