Hi @badenwinkel,
Welcome to the WooCommerce forum, and thank you for reaching out. I understand how concerning it is to see your Analytics report showing zero revenue even though you’ve had completed orders. It’s great that you’ve already tested this thoroughly on a staging environment and tried cache clearing, importing, and even plugin/theme conflict tests.
To help dig into this further, could you let us know if your analytics were working correctly before these past five days? Was there any plugin update, WooCommerce update, or a change to your setup around the time this issue started?
Also, when you visit Analytics > Overview, are you seeing any other data there, such as visitor counts or product views? Knowing whether only revenue is missing or if all stats are affected will help us narrow down the cause.
Could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end via https://snipboard.io and send us the link here? That would give us a better look at what’s going on.
When you have a moment, please also share your System Status Report with us by going to WooCommerce → Status → Get system report, then paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.
We’ll take it from there once we have more details. Looking forward to helping you get this sorted out.
Hi,
Thank you for the quick reply.
I can confirm Analytics was working correctly before these past 5 days. There were no updates around the time this issue started. On the 5th of June there were some plugin updates but there is still data on the 7th of June.
When I visit Analytics > Overview there is no subject about visitor counts or product views.

Hello @badenwinkel,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots and your system status report. I appreciate the detailed information you’ve provided.
From the screenshot, I can see that the order stats for the 8th to 12th are missing in the graph, even though you mentioned you had orders during that time. Additionally, in the import screen, the process seems to be stuck in a continuous loading loop and doesn’t complete.
To help isolate the issue, I recommend performing a plugin conflict test by temporarily deactivating the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and then trying the order import into Analytics again. Sometimes caching plugins can interfere with the import or data refreshing processes.
Also, have you installed the Jetpack plugin? Jetpack enhances WooCommerce Analytics reporting by providing improved data tracking and stats visualization. If you haven’t installed it yet, I suggest giving it a try as it may resolve or improve your analytics data visibility.
Please let me know how these steps go or if you need guidance on performing the conflict test or installing Jetpack. I’m here to help make sure your WooCommerce Analytics gets back to showing accurate, complete data.
Hi,
Thank you. Like I mentioned in the original post we did the plugin conflict test, alsof without the caching plugin. Unfortunately this doesnt resolve the issue.
I just installed the Jetpack plugin on staging but this did not resolve the problem either.
Best regards,
Team Badenwinkel
Hi there!
Thanks for your answer.
Can you please install the WooCommerce Analytics plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-analytics/?
Once that’s done, let’s clear Analytics Cache and try re-importing historical data: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-cache
Also, does the issue only show on the Income reports? Are the other reports correct?
Hi!
Thank you the response. I’ve tried these steps but that didnt solve the problem.
There was a notification: Action Scheduler: 88 past-due actions found; something may be wrong.
Is it possible this might be the problem?
See the screenshot of all the past-due actions here:

Hi @badenwinkel,
Thank you for getting back to me and for sharing the screenshot. While the pending webhooks aren’t directly tied to analytics, they can contribute to the issue since WooCommerce relies on them for proper operation.
Please go ahead and manually select all the pending actions and run them. Once they’ve been processed and marked as completed, clear the analytics cache and check if the revenue figures are now showing correctly. Then, continue to monitor the situation.
If the issue persists or happens again after this step, please feel free to reach out so we can proceed with a conflict test in a staging environment.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
If you have a few minutes, we’d love if you could leave us a review: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/
