Hi @hugo1405,
Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. I understand how frustrating issues like this can be, especially when they occur at a time when you need access to analytics for reporting.
To help us better understand what’s happening, could you please clarify what was updated most recently? Was it only WooCommerce, or were your theme and other plugins updated as well?
To check whether this is related to an update conflict, could you please install the WP Rollback plugin and roll WooCommerce back to the previous version, then let us know whether the issue persists or is resolved? Please roll back only WooCommerce, and do not change your theme or other plugins at this stage.
Based on what you observe, we’ll have a clearer direction on how to proceed. I’ll be looking forward to your update.
When you reply, please also share:
- A screenshot of the error you mentioned earlier using snipboard.io, so we can see exactly where it appears
- Your system status report from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, shared via pastebin.com
Here’s a guide on how to use Pastebin if needed: https://help.bluchic.com/using-pastebin/
It’s been a while since we heard back from you for this reason we are closing this thread.
If WooCommerce has been useful for your store and you appreciate the support you’ve received, we’d truly appreciate it if you could leave us a quick review here:
