    Hello,
I just installed the MonsterInsights plugin on my WordPress backend, but I’m experiencing an issue with the configuration. When I link my Google Analytics account, MonsterInsights only finds my old domain name and not the new one. Yet, my new domain name has been properly added to the Search Console of my Google account for several days already.
    What could be causing this?

    Hi @jammysterious,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like during the authentication process, the incorrect Google account is being selected, causing MonsterInsights to pull up the older property instead of the newly created one.

Out of curiosity are you able to visit http://analytics.google.com/ directly to check if you’re able to see the correct property for your website? Let me know what you find.

In case this isn’t quite what you meant, would you be able to share a screenshot of the issue you’re running into? That’ll be a big help in better understanding the issue.

    Thanks!
