Hi @kaudaj,
Can you please give us more details of how do you want to export the revenue table?
If you selected a date range in the Date Range picker, the download will only include the results of those dates.
For instance, you select all the month of February, the download CSV file will only include the month of February.

Hi @csnlima,
I think you didn’t understand my demand.
I’m not talking about “Date Range” but about “Interval Selector”. It’s described here, at Chart paragraph. In my use case, I want total revenue by month and not by day.
I expected that Chart interval selector would also impact Table results. But it appears that it’s not the case and I can only export from table, not from chart. So I’m asking if there is a known workaround to get table results with an other interval than daily.
Thanks for helping though.
Hello,
I want total revenue by month and not by day.
If you choose Quarter to date, Last quarter, or Year to date for date range, you will be able show the revenue by month. And exported date should be by month too.

Unfortunately, I still get a daily table and not a monthly one, same for exported data.
Is it because I’m testing on a shop with no orders for the current year?
The shop has however some test orders in year 2020, so it’s not new.

Hello,
You can export that table, and then make the monthly summary using a spreadsheet (I understand you would like to avoid this process).
There are other alternative plugins and you can find more information at:
— WooCommerce Reporting and Analytics Plugins.
Or you can find/hire a developer for more customization:
WooCommerce Customizations Page.
I hope this points you in the right direction.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while (I think you have been able to find a solution), so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Thank you.
