Analytics tracking setup options missing

    Hi,

    I’m trying to setup Analytics tracking as explained at https://documentation.ajaxsearchpro.com/analytics-integration

    However I’m missing the option fields like ‘Search input focus tracking’ and ‘Facet event tracking. The Analytics integration page only shows a dropdown to select which version of tracking you want to use (disabled, event tracking and pageview/legacy)

    I thought that this might be a Pro feature but on another site which uses a Pro version these fields are missing too.

    Is the documentation not up to date anymore or am I overlooking something?

    Hi,

    It is available in both releases. You may have a conflicting script or some sort of an error on those pages if they don’t show up. Try checking the javascript error console, it may reveal which script is causing the problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the swift reply. I just checked the console and found out the uBlock was interfering and blocking one file… Was not expecting that at all but after disabling uBlock all setup fields are visible.
