    Hi,

Thank you for sharing the error details.

Could you please confirm exactly where you are seeing this error (for example, WooCommerce → Home, Analytics, Orders, etc.), and when it first started appearing?

Additionally, did you make any recent changes to your site before this issue began (such as updating WooCommerce, WordPress, a plugin/theme, or changing hosting, caching, or security settings)?

Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Hi, I see this here WooCommerce → Home OR Analytics → Overview, I did not make any recent changes to the site. But, the error was there before updating woocommerce plugins , so i updated the woocommerce plugin, wp rocket and jetpack plugin. I also did cache clearance from woocommerce settings and cleared cache for the whole site as well. The problem still persists.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the system status report and the fatal error log.

I’ve reviewed the system status report, and everything appears to be configured correctly there.

However, the error log you shared seems to be related to the Tabby Checkout plugin. At this point, it’s not entirely clear whether this error is directly causing the issue you’re experiencing on the site.

As a first step for testing, could you please try deactivating the Tabby Checkout plugin and check if the issue still occurs?

If the issue persists, I’d recommend performing a plugin conflict test by temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, and then checking again to see if the issue is still present.

To avoid impacting your live site, you can run these tests on a staging site. You may find this plugin helpful for creating one:

Please let us know what you find, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Hi, I tried as you said, deactivated all plugins and checked, the problem still occurs.

    Hi @hondacbrfireblade,

Thank you for confirming and for testing with all plugins deactivated, that’s very helpful.

Since the issue still occurs with only WooCommerce active, this rules out a plugin conflict and points more strongly to an Analytics / data-related issue inside WooCommerce itself.

A few next checks to help narrow this down further:

    1. Theme test
If possible, could you temporarily switch to a default theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four) and check whether the error still appears on:
      • WooCommerce → Home
      • Analytics → Overview
This will help rule out any theme-level JS or template interference.
    2. WooCommerce Analytics data reset
      Please try the following:
      • Go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools
      • Run:
        • Clear analytics cache
        • Regenerate WooCommerce Admin assets
        • Delete WooCommerce Analytics data (this will rebuild reports, not orders)
After running these, refresh the Analytics page.
    3. Browser console check
While loading Analytics → Overview, open the browser console (F12) and confirm:
      • Whether the same TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace') appears
      • If any additional errors show above it (sometimes the first error gives more context)

Let us know the results of the theme test and analytics reset, and we’ll take it from there.

Hi Sai, Did all as you said, cleared and did analytics reset previously and now as well. We have been running campaigns and this is very frustrating. Is there any other plugins that you can suggest to check orders and revenue data until this gets fixed? Thank you.

    Hi @hondacbrfireblade,

I can see how disruptive this has been, especially with campaigns running, and I want to make sure we cover every remaining angle together.

Going back to the system status report you shared earlier, I do notice that your site is currently running PHP version 7.4.33. PHP 7.4 is end of life and no longer officially supported, and WooCommerce Admin and Analytics rely heavily on newer PHP and JavaScript handling. As a next troubleshooting step, could you try switching your site to PHP 8.3 via your hosting control panel and then revisit WooCommerce → Home and Analytics → Overview to see if the error changes or clears. Many analytics related issues have been resolved simply by moving to a supported PHP version.

In the meantime, if you need a temporary way to keep an eye on orders and revenue while this is being investigated, you can consider installing the WooCommerce Analytics plugin from the ww.wp.xz.cn repository, which exposes analytics reports separately from the main dashboard experience. You may also find plugins like MonsterInsights or Sales Analytics for WooCommerce.

Once you have a chance to test with PHP 8.3, please let us know the outcome so we can decide the best next step from there. We are here with you and will keep working through this until you have a stable view of your store data again.

Hi, does swtching php version of website cause any changes in design or functionality of the website? Or any chances pf errors occuring in driving sales? Kindly let knwo. Also can you give me steps in switching to advanced version of PHP?

    Hi @honda400rr,

Great questions! Switching your PHP version normally does not affect your site’s design or layout, and it doesn’t interfere with sales functionality. The only time issues arise is when a theme or plugin is outdated and not compatible with newer PHP versions. That’s why we always recommend testing the upgrade on a staging site first, just to be safe. But even then, your hosting provider can help you switch back immediately if needed.

Since every hosting panel looks a little different, the safest and easiest way to upgrade PHP is to contact your hosting provider’s support team and ask them to switch your site to PHP 8.1, 8.2, or 8.3. They can also confirm compatibility and assist if anything unexpected comes up.

    Hi there!

Thank you for the update. Could you please confirm if you are still seeing an error message when you check Analytics → Order Attributions, or if the page is showing empty data?

Also, please make sure you have enabled the Order Attribution tracking option. You can check this by going to:
WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features → Order Attribution.

Also, just to verify, have you tried updating your PHP version? The more information we have, the more accurately we can assist you.

Does switching to aws server cause these type of problem?

    Plugin Support shahzeen(woo-hc)

    (@shahzeenfarooq)

    Hi there!

Yes, switching to an AWS server can sometimes cause issues like this. Could you please ask your hosting provider to verify that no AWS security rules, firewalls, or CDN layers are blocking WooCommerce Admin assets or REST API requests? Additionally, please check the server logs and your browser’s console for any blocked REST API calls or JavaScript errors.

I’d also suggest asking your host to help you switch the PHP version to a supported one to see if that resolves the issue. Lastly, just to confirm, have you tried following the solution suggested in this thread?
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/typeerror-cannot-read-properties-of-undefined-reading-replace-2/#post-18761311

Let us know how it goes.
