    Hi! I have been using Analytify for years, but the last 2 projects I’ve attempted to connect to it can’t see the relevant profiles in my list when logged in to Google. I have definitely setup GA and can see the accounts when logged in to Google.

    Is there a setting that has changed, our some additional step that now needs to occur in the Analytify plugin?

    Hi, @melanie71,

    Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the issue might be related to authentication. Sometimes, the connection between Analytify and your Google account can become outdated.

    Here’s what you can try:

    1. Go to Analytify → Settings → Authentication, and re-connect your Google Analytics account to refresh the token. (Most probably)
    2. Check the selected Analytics Property:
      Make sure the correct property is selected under Analytify → Settings → Profile. If you recently moved to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensure it’s properly connected.

      If the issue continues, feel free to open a support ticket here with more details, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

    Hi! Thanks for your reply. I have reconnected my Google Analytics account as suggested, but unfortunately I still can’t see my most recent accounts in the dropdown profile list. I can see all my older accounts, but not the couple I created in the last week.

    I’ve been using your plugin for years without any issues, so not quite sure where to go from here … I have submitted a support ticket as you’ve suggested.
