Anchor in Tab

    Is there a way to put a page anchor (or some sort of HREF) inside a tab, such that when I click on the tab, the page scrolls down to bring it into view?

    Alternatively, could I make it so that if you click on any tab, the top of the tab wrapper goes to the top of the screen?
