Hi,

My page uses a fixed header and the links in the references (\eqref) seen to ignore it. I believe that adding an “offset” to the anchor is a way to fix it. Is there a way to directly change the css?

This is not really an issue with the plugin but your page CSS and affects all targets on your page, no matter if they’re created using MathJax.

Anyway, my recommdentation (in modern browsers) would be scroll-margin-top. CSS Tricks has a good article on using it to compensate for fixed headers, se https://css-tricks.com/fixed-headers-and-jump-links-the-solution-is-scroll-margin-top/
