Anchor texts not working

I know this might sound very newbie-like but i am still learning wordpress and anchor texts.

I just confirmed that my wp arcade doesn’t have anchor texts which are very important for the SE crawlers.

I used seo-browser.com to check. My question now is how can I go about creating anchor texts for all the cloud tags, comments and each game.

I notice that the arcade is kind of slow….any ideas on how I can improve its loading speed.
