I see that at some version change the link to

    iOS «Sound Recognition»

    was

    #ios_8220sound_recognition8221

    but now it is

    #ios_laquosound_recognitionraquo

When using these internally in the text it’s a nuisance that this changes. Is there some way to keep to the old way?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @aclassifier,

Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the issue you’re facing!

I’m Prabhat from the All in One SEO team. We’ve recently adopted the Table of Content Plus plugin after the original owner indicated he no longer had the bandwidth to maintain it.

I checked the page you’ve shared and found that the linked section’s current ID is ios_laquosound_recognitionraquo  and thus Table of Content Plus is linking to it. I tested previous versions of TOC Plus with several approaches on my end, but was unable to replicate any changes to the IDs.

Could you please temporarily deactivate TOC Plus and see if the section’s ID reverts to the older one?

If not, please confirm why you believe that TOC Plus caused this change and if this happened on any other page as well.

I’m really looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks!
