• This one used to be the plug and play, easy to use and set it and forget it. Now, it’s obvious they blatantly are wanting to funnel people into Elementor and gathering your data as opposed to maintaining a good thing they had. Also their latest update broke our home page, and it was the first plugin I deactivated to test – JOILA! – Ally borked it.

Frustrating to say the least. Leaving this one in the dust.

    Hi Temshell545palod,

First of all, we want to apologize for the untimely response time to this review.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused. It’s disappointing when a tool you relied on shifts direction and disrupts your workflow, especially with an update that broke your homepage.

I understand how aggravating it is to feel pushed into a different solution and have your setup undone. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will take it to heart as we work to improve.

We’d love to invite you to contact us via email to check what went wrong and how it can be improved via [email protected], in addition, we would be happy to jump on a call with you to discuss the feedback and try to address the issue.

If you’d be interested in that, please feel free to check out this link.

@tamshell545palod I’m sorry to hear about your experience with our new update.

The plugin, developed by the founder of Elementor, is a standalone product and is not related to other Elementor plugins, despite some connections.

We created the new layout and features to offer a more compliant widget, making it easy to add accessibility features in line with new laws.

We do not collect personal data from you or your website. We only gather information on user interactions to understand which features to enhance or modify. Our goal is to help website owners welcome all users with the necessary accessibility settings.

In a recent update, we added a caching button to Ally. You can find it by hovering over the assistant button and clicking “Clear Cache,” as this often resolves layout issues after updating to the new Ally version.

Feel free to contact us for any further feedback or concerns; we are happy to listen!

    Have a great day!
