hello, I bought the app, but I can’t manage to connect the site. I went to the settings of the booking and flagged the “Turn on public API” setting. I then went into the app and placed the URL shown on the setting page. But I get the error message shown in the attached image. I also tried to create the API token, but still not working.
Can you double check if the URL you added to the Android app is the same mentioned in the “Turn on public API” section. And is the same you used in the echo endpoint?
I can confirm this. If you want I can send you via email the images without blurring the URL (I found the email on the play store page). Let me know if you need them
Strange. I tried to run the echo endpoint on your site and got {"code":"rest_not_logged_in","message":"Non sei attualmente connesso.","data":{"status":401}}
Might be that your site has some extra security features. Can you try to run the echo endpoint on browser private/incognito mode and see if you get the same result?
Yes, I get the same message! Sorry, I did not think about this, I checked when I was logged in. I’m not sure though what is the problem. I can’t find the problem.
Found the culprit. It was a plugin for membership, which has the default option of requesting to be logged to access the rest api. I solved the problem! Thank you so much for the support!
