Android incompatibility

I have tried several Android devices.
There’re were Samsung Galaxy S III with Jelly Bean and LG G Pro 2 with KitKat recently.
These OS won’t play the mp3s and I donna why. It’s not a player issue ’cause a direct link to mp3 isn’t playable too.
It’s just “Connecting” and never playing.
PC browsers like Chrome play these mp3s fine with the plugin or directly, seems an Android issue.
The even plugin demo site doesn’t play music with Android devices!
Any solutions?
