Just in case anyone else looks through here.

You are running out of the folder. So what you need to do is modify the /YOUR FOLDER NAME/wp-content/plugins/appbanners/js/init-js.php file and change line 5 to be

include($_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’] . ‘/YOUR FOLDER NAME/wp-load.php’);

instead of

include($_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’] . ‘/wp-load.php’);
