Animated text not appearing

    Hello, there is usually animated text that appears on the home page for my work’s website. However, the animated text is not working anymore. Oddly, I can see it when I am logged onto WordPress but users not logged into WordPress do not see the animated text. The animated text is shortcode from a plugin called Typed and the website evidently uses the7dtchild theme.

    I am not verse in coding/JavaScript and I need help ASAP to get the animated text back. This is what I’ve seen with Google’s JavaScript Console:

    How is it animated?
    Is this animation a feature of your theme? If yes, what theme? This theme acquired from?
    or is this animation a feature of a plugin? If yes, what plugin? This plugin acquired from?

    It is animated via the Typed plugin. It is on the main homepage. I am not sure how it was acquired as I did not design the website.

    After I made this post, our engineer figured out what happened and it appeared to be a plugin that interfered with the animation. Thank you!
