animation conflicts with other plugin

I checked the ‘disable animate to prevent loading resource and effects” from the setting then I found my another plugin does not work well. I guess the plugin is using animation to show message when it’s done. The message won’t show up because the animation is disabled. So I unchecked it to enable the animation, unfortunately the plugin still has no animation message showing up. Could you help me with this issue or any suggestion? Thanks
