annoying message in wp-admin

    adds an annoying message in wp-admin asking you to leave rating with no way to dismiss it other than actually leave a rating or lying about having done so already..

    Hey @webgalway,

    Ratings play an important role in ranking WordPress plugins – this is why I ask for a review. Otherwise, anyone can just rank high in plugin search, even if the plugin is useless. I hope the plugin was useful for you and you were just annoyed by the messaging. If so, I can definitely update the messaging if you have some recommendations. 🙂
