We reviewed this in your Priority Support ticket, but I’m following up here as well.
To import those anonymous donations, you’ll still need to make the same information as regular donations:
Email
First Name
Donation Amount
Form ID
For the First Name, you’ll need to manually enter “Anonymous”, and you’ll need to make sure that each donation has the correct email address. If you try to batch them all under one email address, they will be combined under a single donor. Any donations imported with the first name of “anonymous” will come in with the name Anonymous Anonymous.
