    Hi @uldix

Thank you for contacting us. We hope you are doing well. It appears that the old and new versions of the NUA plugin are conflicting with each other.

    Please follow these steps:
Deactivate and remove the old version of the NUA plugin from your Plugins list.
Install and activate the updated version of the plugin we provided.

Once done, please check if the issue is resolved and let us know if you’re still experiencing any problems. We will be happy to assist further.

    Thanks & Regards,

Hi! I think you are missing important part here it does not conflict with it own, it conflicts with “New User Approve Options” plugin in this case, so your suggestion above is a no fix!

There is nothing to screen cast, updating or activating your plugin over version 3 will crash the website completely. Error log is in my 1st post.

2 plugins: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/new-user-approve/ ( works with 2.6.5.2, but nothing newer than that) and https://newuserapprove.com/new-user-approve-options-0-2-3/

    Hi @uldix,

    Thank you for the clarification.

As noted, the issue is caused by a conflict between the New User Approve plugin and the New User Approve Options plugin. Both declare the same function, which results in a fatal error when both are active.

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate both the New User Approve plugin and the New User Approve Options plugin.
    2. Delete both plugins from your site.
    3. Download and install the updated version of the New User Approve plugin only.
    4. Activate only the New User Approve plugin and check if the issue is resolved.

Download the updated plugin here: New User Approve Free.

If you still experience any issues after this, please let us know and we will provide further assistance.

    Thank you

    (@uldix)

So you’re suggesting me to delete both plugins and then just activate New User Approve and ignore the New User Approve Options plugin? Do you truly believe that that is the solution here? Let me remind you, the Extra options plugin is there for a reason!
