Hello. First, thanks a lot for your plugin we use for many years… for UPS shipping.

We use also “Collect and Deliver Interface” for Colissimo (La Poste) the french (and bad 😂) post.
After an update of all plugins, we see that the plugin “Collect and Deliver Interface” prevents your plugin to be installed !!
If we unactive “Collect and Deliver Interface”, we can install your plugin.
Maybe I must see with “Collect and Deliver Interface” for this issue.
But it is not normal the fact to activate “Collect and Deliver Interface” it deactivate your plugin !

More for information, unless you have a solution.

    Thanks,

    Hello @rguilbert,

    Thank you for your message.

I have recreated your issue: https://imgsh.net/i/5bb1a0804f, and I noticed that you’ve also tried to contact the author of the “Collect and Deliver Interface” plugin. The problem is that this plugin adds a notice, and we don’t know why the author decided to block us this way – we can’t change that on our end.

Unfortunately, I don’t see any other possibilities to contact them, such as an email address. The best we can do right now is monitor the thread (our developer left a comment there) and wait for the response.

I hope the problem will be resolved as soon as possible!

    Best regards,
    Marta Borówka
