We inherited this website. I am unable to scan and the log shows “Scan terminated with error: Unable to query database”
We have 30 other WordPress sites on the same server and this is the only one with the scan issue. I will email the diagnostic info next.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @davekoe thanks for sending over your diagnostic.

Even though your database permissions are all reporting “OK”, it seems that wfPendingIssues, wfHoover, wfFileMods, and wfKnownFileList are currently missing from the installation.

These tables are fine to truncate or clear when the plugin isn’t scanning, so wouldn’t pose a problem until a scan went to use them. You should be able to deactivate the plugin from WordPress > Plugins > Installed Plugins and select “Keep all Wordfence tables and data” (to avoid losing your settings) and reactivate the plugin again. The tables should be recreated.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
