Another Update In Progress

    When EUM is activated and automatic minor core/plugin/theme updates enabled, I cannot update the core to WP 5.5 I get the message:

    “Another Update In Progress”

    Even leaving it for 15 minutes doesnt clear the issue.

    So I remedied by disabling Easy Update Manager then installing this plugin
    to remove the “update lock”.

    Please investigate conflict with WP 5.5

    I believe this to be a 5.5 bug and not EUM itself. I need tome to investigate, but it happened on a site for me withiut EUM installed. Still investigaring.
