I created a question and an answer while logged in.
The question appears correctly and also sites the correct user and time stamp.
In the Answer text box, to the right of where the reply should be, there is a grey block the says:

It should have the correct user and a time stamp in addition to showing the text of the answer.
We released a version with a fix. Let us know if the probles was solved
