    Answering Rezension is not working, the mail reaches not the client which made the rezension.

    What could be wrong. I’ve not found any hint in the help section.

    Can you please let me know what Rezension is? Please share some screenshots of the issue on your site so I can understand it clearly.

    Hi please see the screen shot, when I receive a rezension I will just say thankyou with answering directly in the window below like in the screen shot. When I will send the answer an press “Antworten” the message goes not to the sender of the rezension. Is there a setting which has to be done?

    Thanks for your additional information.

    I understand that you want to reply to a shop review and it doesn’t work. I rechecked this feature on my demo site and it worked properly.
    On your site it could be affected by a third-party plugin or a custom code. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck this.

    So far I found no solution for my issue. At the moment I have no time analyze deeper which plugin makes the problem. I can’t take my shop down with inactivating all plugins. I have to do it in a sandbox. But for that I have no time at the moment.
