    I wanted to find out if this plugin also gives anti ddos protection?

    Hi, in my opinion Ddos attacks are more related with server setups and cloud services. For example do you use CDN for your site? This would help you in many ways fight potential Ddos attacks. This plugin protects your site from being hacked and more but does not control how the traffic functions in the net and the bandwidth usage in a sever. You might like to read the following article about Ddos attacks to learn more.

    What I really want to know is that, with the All-in-1 wp security plugin, should I also get sitelock to fully protect the site? or All-in-1 wp security + the CDN plugin is enough?

    The above combo or the following combo All-in-1 wp security + the CDN plugin, will help you at the end of the day. It is up to you how far do you want to go to protect your site/ business.
